A highly experienced educator with over 16 years of teaching experience at various levels. A core member of the FDRC team since 2009, she has been involved in the creation, design and conduct of programmes such as Value Based Integrated Learning, TAL in Pedagogy, Curriculum Orientation, Bridge programmes for seamless transition, and NIC's Tod Fod Jod project for implementation in schools. She has successfully trained over 10,000 teachers.

An educator with over 5 years of teaching experience at the primary level. A core member of the FDRC faculty team since 2010, she has conducted several workshops at FDRC and has successfully trained over 5,000 teachers. She has attended various workshops at the centre and has also presented a paper on Teacher Empowerment at NCERT. She is an avid reader and has also contributed articles to various magazines.

An experienced Teacher Educator with over 13 years of experience, 5 of which were at the Army Institute of Education. Her areas of interest include Assessments and Evaluation, Curriculum, and Educational Technology. A core member of the FDRC team since 2013, she has published over 13 research papers and articles in national and international journals and presented more than 25 papers at national and international conferences. She has also prepared educational content for IGNOU and NIOS.

A media professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. She has been actively engaged in Content Development (technical, educational and promotional), Technical Writing and Editing for the print and the electronic media. She has been involved in the design and conduct of the TAL/ICT programme at FDRC and has successfully trained over 4,000 teachers in the use of Technology in Education.
